Performance Insights Manager

As a key member of our organisational performance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve our performance reporting and research capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive organisational performance and uplift our capabilities in this area.
  • Ensuring collaborative engagement with internal and external stakeholders by building trusting relationships and fostering a common understanding of the need for combining data sets to enrich insights.
  • Leading and managing the Performance & Reporting and Research & Insights units by effectively and efficiently managing resources' capacity, capability and utilisation.
  • Overseeing tracking of performance KPIs and reporting to provide strategic guidance and ensure quality and timely delivery of organisational performance reports.
  • Providing strategic guidance and leading the development of processes, tools, and capabilities within the team to identify gaps in the current research and insights capability and implement solutions.
  • Collaborating with other business units to leverage research and evidence to support and build the robustness of priorities and initiatives.
  • Leading and facilitating ideation events and workshops to identify and project manage multi-disciplinary innovation projects across the organisation to address performance and insights gaps.
  • Collaborating with partners to identify and secure funding opportunities to support innovation events and pilot projects.

For this role, you will have a relevant tertiary degree in commerce, strategy, data management, research, trend analysis, project management, engagement, communications, or related disciplines and extensive experience in a similar position. Demonstrated strong leadership skills to build a new team and capability are also essential.
