About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Parramatta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing client base, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our range of innovative products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management in a commercial banking environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, with a focus on commercial lending and business banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
