Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Electrical Delivery Specialist to join our team at Australia Post. As an Electrical Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

You will operate and maintain our 3-Wheeled Electric Delivery Vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet all safety standards. You will also be required to complete daily vehicle safety checks and load your vehicle with deliveries for the day.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, interacting with customers and being part of a close-knit community. Our experienced Rider Mentors will provide support and guidance as you develop your skills and knowledge in the role.

About You
  • You hold a full or probationary Australian driver's licence [QLD/WA/SA/ACT]
  • You will successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment
  • You are flexible with working additional hours if required
  • You have a great memory, excellent attention to detail and can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly
  • You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less
