Leasing Administrator Role

The Leasing Administrator plays a crucial role in the coordination and management of the lease documentation process, ensuring seamless execution and recording of all information. This includes monitoring lease terms and conditions throughout the life of the lease.

The key objectives of this position include setting up new stores on Lease Eagle database, including charges and clauses, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely payments in line with agreement terms.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating execution for storage license agreements and upkeep register of storage units, as well as preparing and sending quarterly cap email reminders to landlords.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in implementing process improvements and efficiencies within a lease administration role. If you have strong time management skills and can prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, we would like to hear from you.
