Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lease Coordination Specialist to join our Leasing & Property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the lease documentation process, ensuring timely execution and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lease administration principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a key role in our team and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage lease documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases and other property-related documents
  • Ensure timely execution of leases and other agreements
  • Develop and implement effective processes for tracking and monitoring lease compliance
