Sector Development Professional

The Sector Development Lead plays a pivotal role in fostering sector capacity and delivering evidence-based learning resources that centre Lived and Living Experience to strengthen responses to child sexual abuse and improve outcomes for victims and survivors.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate and deliver professional learning activities, including workshops, webinars, e-learning and blended courses, that cater to diverse sector contexts.
- Apply adult learning principles to design inclusive, engaging and practical learning experiences that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with practitioners, sector partners, victims and survivors, and other key stakeholders through consultation and collaboration.
- Cultivate partnerships with the Lived Experience Team to ensure safe, ethical, and supported engagement with survivors, thereby informing all initiatives meaningfully.
- Manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely completion within agreed quality standards.
To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications in social sciences, education, community development or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. They will be a confident and skilled facilitator able to deliver engaging and inclusive trainings, workshops, and professional learning programs tailored to diverse audiences.
