In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Southern APAC region, driving key growth objectives and developing a comprehensive sales strategy. This is a career-defining opportunity to bring your commercial leadership into a high-growth technology sector aligned with the future of mining.
You will be a key contributor to our growth trajectory in the Southern region, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic leader. As a senior leader, you will define, lead, and evolve our ways of working by:
Growth Objectives:
- Strategically responsible for the growth of the region
- Develop consultative, value-based sales framework
- Partnering across divisions to optimize sales opportunities and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensuring accuracy in forecasting, sales strategy execution and pipeline management
This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales performance through process optimization and operational efficiency. You will have a proven track record in delivering successful sales strategies in businesses that have scaled from rapid growth to operational maturity.
Requirements:
- Background in sales/business development within medium-scale businesses, ideally in Mining Technology, OEM, or consulting/services within the mining sector
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance through process optimization and operational efficiency
