As a seasoned network expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and connectivity across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues related to switching, routing, firewall controls, and ensure prompt resolution with minimal disruption.
  • Work within secure environments adhering to strict access controls, compliance standards, and change management processes.
  • Manage BGP routing configurations, troubleshoot peering issues, and optimize network stability and path selection.
  • Monitor and maintain IPsec tunnels for secure site-to-site connectivity, addressing encryption, authentication, and tunnel stability concerns.
  • Respond to escalated incidents, conducting detailed analysis and timely resolution to restore service with minimal impact.
  • Plan and implement network changes and upgrades, including firewall policies, routing updates, wireless access point deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Monitor network performance and health using appropriate tools, proactively identifying areas for improvement, patching, or capacity upgrades.
  • Maintain and regularly update documentation, including network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure wireless network coverage and performance meet required standards, addressing interference, roaming, and security configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Network Engineer.
  • Thorough knowledge of Cisco Routers, Aruba switches, Fortinet, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Deep understanding of switching protocols including VLANs, Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, LAG, and other switching protocols used in Enterprise Networks.
  • Experience configuring Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points.
  • Experience with Voice and SIP call flow troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SBCs - Audiocodes experience is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding and experience of routing protocols.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting IPSec Site to Site VPN's is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • A quick learner with the willingness to learn and study in your own time to further your career.
