Digital Solutions Specialist

This role is part of a regional sales team, dedicated to applying innovation to improve dental care. We work as one global team, fostering collaboration and expertise for the benefit of dental patients and professionals.

The Digital Solutions Specialist promotes and sells CAD/CAM and Digital Impression equipment within a specific geographical territory, increasing market share and penetration while maintaining favourable client relations.

  • Deliver timely and expert customer advice, and provide efficient after-sales support.
  • Effectively manage the sales, delivery and installation process.
  • Meet sales targets and ensure prompt customer payment.
  • Maintain a broad company perspective by providing sales leads to colleagues.
  • Develop a plan to meet annual sales goals.
  • Conduct formal product presentations, attend exhibitions and assist in organizing promotional events.
  • Determine the needs of major potential buyers and demonstrate products.
  • Maintain the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with local service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and communicate with other sales and marketing personnel.
  • Quote and negotiate prices, prepare contracts and record orders.
  • Report on sales and provide feedback on new or established products.

This role requires relevant education or certification, demonstrated experience in a similar role, formal sales training desirable, and knowledge of dental/healthcare markets desirable.

  • Pursue ongoing learning and development through self-directed initiatives and proactive involvement in training.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Identify and report safety and health risks to promote continuous improvement in occupational health and safety practices.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of internal safety procedures.
