Key Responsibilities
  • Produce top-notch EOI/tender responses that contribute to the company's success across diverse sectors.
  • Write and edit compelling content that reflects the organisation's capabilities, brand, and market proposition.
  • Establish and coordinate bid fundamentals such as response schedules, writing plans, and review meetings.
  • Work collaboratively across the business, acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain relevant information up to date.
  • Support the team as knowledge capture platforms and bid practices evolve.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience working for a civil contractor or similar industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to articulate and write key messages strategically positioning the organisation's value proposition.
  • Confidence to participate in bid strategy meetings and provide direction during bid review meetings.
  • Capability to work on multiple bids concurrently.
  • Ability to foster and sustain positive relationships with teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
