Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead on-site activities for diverse construction projects. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor site programs in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate construction schedules and manage resources effectively.
  • Review scopes of work and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
  • Lead and mentor site staff while promoting a culture of safety.
  • Conduct regular performance meetings and address issues proactively.
  • Implement best practices for efficiency and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction projects $20M+
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction codes and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
