Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services, ideally within a regulated financial environment.
  • Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, particularly in nonprofit or compliance-heavy industries.
  • Experience in maintaining financial compliance and implementing auditor recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and funding agencies.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks relevant to the aged care or health sector.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with aged care regulations, including Aged Care Quality Standards and funding models.
