About Medical Device Contract Roles
As a Paralegal, you will be working closely with the Legal Counsel to manage contracts and ensure their successful execution. This involves reviewing and drafting simple clauses, policies, and conducting commercial contract reviews, due diligence, and execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for corporate governance and compliance, including privacy and modern slavery.
You will need to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are successfully executed. You will also be responsible for contract administration and file management, as well as ad-hoc tasks and general assistance to Legal Counsel.
We are looking for someone with a Law degree and experience in a similar role, preferably with 2+ years in-house experience in commercial contracts, medical devices, or distributor roles. You should have knowledge of corporate governance & compliance, contract law, product liability concepts, and insurance policy knowledge. Medical devices and/or distribution experience is highly desirable.
