Portfolio Administrator - PARS Role

In this role, you will contribute to maintaining high service standards, supporting tax reporting, and ensuring data integrity for external non-custody platform services clients, including Ord Minnett.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding client service by managing product administration queries, processing client instructions, and resolving issues promptly with a service excellence mindset.
  • Reconstruct historical cost base data for CGT reporting, support tax reporting processes, and liaise with external providers to ensure accurate and timely report delivery.
  • Process account closures, service fees, and ensure compliance with MDA monitoring and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and seamless operations.
  • Support compliance with policies and regulations, identify risks, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in portfolio administration or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word).
  • Experience with IPS/ Iress.
  • Basic understanding of corporate actions and their effect on cost bases.
