Job Title: AGV Engineer ProfessionalJob Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AGV Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AGV Engineer, you will play a key role in AGV Projects, overseeing everything from system specifications to final delivery and implementation of AGV systems for our customers.

This exciting hands-on role offers the opportunity to travel and spend approximately 75% of your time on-site, bringing AGV solutions to life in diverse locations. You will work with technical experts and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality and system processes are followed within assigned projects.
  • Prepare AGV functionality and technical specifications.
  • Develop System design and programming of AGV systems.
  • Assist in AGV System testing and integration, and AGV factory testing.
  • Assist with installation specifications.
  • Test and integrate AGV and PLC systems.
  • Commission AGVs on-site.
  • Support projects in managing costs and schedules.
  • Participate in operator training.
  • Assist in developing and improving AGV project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Recent Grad or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of PLC configuration, programming, and commissioning.
  • Knowledge of PC and basic programming (PLC Structured Text, SICK Devices, C or C++ highly desirable).
  • Experience with networking, monitoring, diagnosis, and trouble shooting.
  • Experience in electrical design using AutoCAD or similar 2D and 3D drawing packages.
  • Experience with automation or materials handling highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Hunger and ability to learn.
