Claims Management Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of claims and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to achieve optimal return to work and claim outcomes.
- Proactively manage a diverse range of claims within legislative, self-insurance, and business requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and trusted guidance to injured team members regarding their claims
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in developing and implementing strategic claim plans to ensure timely and sustainable return to work
- Conduct regular claim reviews and case conferences as required
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members on advanced claims management practices
- Extensive experience working within workers compensation/insurance environments
- Strong knowledge of current VIC Workers Compensation Legislation
- Experience in negotiating successful return to work and rehabilitation outcomes
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet agreed deadlines
This is a full-time permanent position based in Melbourne, Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to achieve optimal return to work and claim outcomes.
