About your role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to senior executives on planning, business intelligence, and analytics.
  • Lead and manage the Strategy and Planning Team, designing and implementing integrated planning frameworks and systems.
  • Develop and coordinate organisational performance reviews, using key performance measures and statistical analysis.
  • Oversee the development of strategic and operational plans, including the Strategic Plan, Clinical Services Plan, and Annual Operating Plan.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment and ensure effective relationships across the organisation.
