As a seasoned HSW professional, you'll lead the development and delivery of an effective workplace health strategy, with a strong focus on compliance, mental health, and continuous improvement.
About the Role:- Developing and implementing a comprehensive HSW strategy with a continuous improvement focus.
- Embedding aligned legislative frameworks into our HSW strategy to proactively manage psychosocial risks, support legal compliance, and drive industry best practice.
- Directing the rollout of a compliant HSW Management System.
- Supporting our team in the ongoing development, implementation, and management of innovative HSW programs.
You'll bring our values to life by embedding safety and wellbeing into every part of our operations. As the National HSW Manager, you'll guide the development and implementation of our HSW strategy and help shape a culture where physical and mental wellbeing are prioritised.
