We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Resident Experience Team Member at INDI Sydney. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the execution of community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
  • Operate the front desk reception, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
  • Assist residents with general needs and enquiries, ensuring their rights to tenancy conditions and privacy are maintained.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Assist with leasing and property management tasks, ensuring accurate accounting of resident-related accounts.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the property management sector.
  • Current full Real Estate License or Agents Representative to conduct Real Estate Business (NSW).
  • Bilingual – Mandarin speaking (highly desirable).
  • Available to work a Monday to Saturday roster.
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
