Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the execution of community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Operate the front desk reception, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
- Assist residents with general needs and enquiries, ensuring their rights to tenancy conditions and privacy are maintained.
- Coordinate and execute administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
- Assist with leasing and property management tasks, ensuring accurate accounting of resident-related accounts.
- At least 1 year of experience in the property management sector.
- Current full Real Estate License or Agents Representative to conduct Real Estate Business (NSW).
- Bilingual – Mandarin speaking (highly desirable).
- Available to work a Monday to Saturday roster.
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
