Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and assessment of educational programs
  • Deliver high-quality education and care in accordance with National Quality Standards
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Design play-based learning settings that cater to children's interests
  • Support and mentor fellow educators in program delivery

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Teaching / Early Childhood Education
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility, empathy, and creativity
