About the Opportunity

Iluka Early Learning Bondi Beach is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational program for children from birth to preschool age.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
  • Develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.
  • Facilitate play-based learning environments that cater to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Guide and support educators to implement the program and philosophy for the children.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Teaching or Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT, with experience as an educational lead being advantageous.
  • A work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
