Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Unit Manager to join our leadership team at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the general med and surgical ward, as well as the High Dependency Unit. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $64.56 - $69.45 + superannuation, based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring high-quality patient care and a safe working environment.
- Lead and develop a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff satisfaction.

Requirements- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in a management or senior leadership position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
