About the Role

As part of a fast-paced team, we are seeking an individual who excels in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

The successful applicant will focus on picking and packing fresh produce to meet customer orders, prioritizing quality, timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Picking/packing fresh produce as per customer requirements
  • Ensuring quality standards are met by inspecting fresh produce
  • Performing repetitive lifting tasks
  • Maintaining adherence to established OH&S rules and regulations
  • Working effectively in cold environments at times
  • Participating in early morning shifts
  • Contributing to team-based initiatives to enhance safety and quality
About You

A minimum of experience in a pick/packing role is essential for this position

Strong prioritization skills with a sense of urgency are necessary

Reliability and punctuality are key characteristics required

Excellent teamwork skills are necessary for success

Ability to work comfortably in cold temperatures (4 degrees)
