Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, ensuring presentation and quality are always exceptional
  • Manage your own sections, maintaining a consistently high standard of food throughout service
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations, demonstrating knowledge and best practices at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Flexible attitude, clear communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service
  • Impeccable grooming and pride in personal presentation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability for rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
  • Approx. 38 hours per week
