Guest Services Professional Opportunity

The Role: A Casual Guest Services Officer position is available, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth. Our park is located in a beautiful setting, providing an ideal place to work and relax.

The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer service experience every time, represent our organization in a positive manner, and carry out guest services duties within the park.

Key responsibilities of a Guest Services Officer include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including liaising with guests face-to-face; via telephone and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.
  • Having RMS, Newbook or similar reservations system experience.
  • Undertaking general office duties, banking, and cleaning of office/kiosk.
  • Preparing correspondence, record keeping of all mail, and carrying out filing in accordance with procedures.
