They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to contribute to their ongoing success and expansion in securing projects throughout NSW.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

In collaboration with the Estimator Manager, you will oversee the complete estimating process for projects, playing a crucial role in the tendering and securing of contracts. You will receive the necessary guidance and support to effectively secure projects, significantly contributing to the company's growth and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Prepare comprehensive tender submissions
  • Conduct detailed project estimations
  • Engage in cost planning activities
  • Prepare scopes of work
  • Negotiate with subcontractors
  • Plan pre-tender activities
  • Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Collaborate with the team on project programming

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Proven track record in securing commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
