POSITION OVERVIEW.

In collaboration with the Estimator Manager, you will oversee all aspects of estimating for projects, playing a crucial role in the tendering process and securing new opportunities. You will receive comprehensive guidance and support to effectively secure projects, thereby significantly impacting the company's growth and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Develop and prepare tender submissions
  • Conduct project estimations
  • Engage in cost planning activities
  • Prepare scopes of work
  • Negotiate with subcontractors
  • Plan pre-tender activities
  • Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Collaborate with the team on project programming

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Proven track record in securing commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
