The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Broaden and deepen existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the equine market
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the equine industry, including market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery to ensure seamless and efficient processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tier 1 insurance qualification (Insurance Diploma preferred)
- Familiarity with broking systems, such as Winbeat or Sunrise
- High levels of motivation and a desire to work in a supportive team environment
- An all-round approach to problem-solving, with a passion for delivering results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
