Petcover Group are seeking motivated Equine sales specialist to join our contact Centre team to provide Horse insurance to people across Australia and New Zealand

We are looking for people who are excited to join a dynamic sales team on site in Tullamarine.

This role involves taking inbound equine calls and making outbound calls with some following up web leads & some general administration duties.

It is about understanding the needs and aspirations of horse owners and providing a tailored solution to meet their insurance needs.

To be successful in this role you will have:

· A background in the Equine Industry desirable

· Strong customer service focus with a client for life approach.

· Strong communication skills.

· Professional and pleasant phone manners.

· Able to liaise effectively with horse owners at all levels.

· Ability to work toward the achievement of your KPI's in an organized and planned manner.

· Prepared to continue to upskill and continue to learn.

· Computer literate

This is a full-time role working a rotating shift between 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
