Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contracts Coordinator to support our team in the life science industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling service contracts, preparing quotes and proposals, and ensuring timely contract renewals.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial Director and collaborate with Services Managers, Account Managers, and Service Engineers across Australia. You will be expected to have previous experience in a similar role, as well as experience working in the life science industry and proficiency in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile service contracts for clients
  • Prepare quotes and proposals
  • Manage contract renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams

About Us

We offer a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment. This is a Monday to Friday position based at our office in the Eastern Suburbs. We value organization, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
