Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our Human Resources Team.

As a Business Development Associate, you will partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver recruitment strategies and provide advice and support.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to share the Scentre Group story and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Design and execute sourcing campaigns, including market mapping, targeted searches, talent communities, and employer brand initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Create meaningful connections with candidates, ensuring their experience is positive and respectful, whatever the outcome.
