Senior Family Law Practitioner

The Head of Family Law will lead and shape the Family Law practice, managing their own files while mentoring junior lawyers. This role requires handling complex family matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements.
- Manage your own files and lead the Family Law practice.
- Handle complex family matters such as property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements.
- Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters, including commercial and property law.
- 8+ years PQE in Family Law with proven leadership or senior-level experience.
- Confident handling complex parenting and property matters.
- Strong client management skills with a compassionate and strategic approach.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow a practice.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
