Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Funeral Service Manager to join our team as a Location Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality funeral services that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leverage your operational expertise to optimize location performance and drive revenue growth
  • Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and community partners
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., funeral directing, business administration)
  • Proven experience in funeral service management or a related industry
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Sensitivity and empathy when dealing with grieving families and individuals
