**Job Description:**

We are one of the largest providers to individuals with disabilities, supporting over 10,000 people every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed.

We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families. Our goal is to improve access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing in the North Perth region.

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team and welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community.

You'll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role. We will provide you with structured supervision, mentoring, and continuing professional development opportunities.

No two days are ever the same in this dynamic work environment. You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Assess individuals' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each individual.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help individuals enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
