As a trusted advisor, you will be instrumental in building strong, strategic partnerships with our clients, guiding them to achieve their business objectives through better product adoption and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role. You should have a proven ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and manage tough conversations with a smile.

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities that deliver measurable value, reducing churn, and driving long-term engagement and retention. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to amplify customer voices internally\
  • Help evolve our Customer Success playbook - your insights matter\
  • Suggest process improvements and best practices across the Customer Success function\
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies\
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on products and services to ensure alignment with customer needs\
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects to drive business growth\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams\
  • Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and preferences\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty\
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address customer pain points\
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously\
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals\
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth\
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth\
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention\
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives\
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors\
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences\
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies\
