The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional client services that support the goals and objectives of the organisation.

This involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless provision of student services, including over-the-counter enquiries, student support services, counselling, and accommodation assistance.

As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing a high level of service and professionalism in all interactions.

You will work autonomously to prioritise tasks and complete duties efficiently, while also contributing to the development and delivery of student services workshops and programs.

In addition, you will provide personal assistance to senior staff members, such as the Campus Director, in performing their duties.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality of service.

Key responsibilities include:
