Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure timely completion of client work
  • Work with partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Assist with staff training and development initiatives
  • Lead and review the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
  • Prepare and lead BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG submissions for various companies and trusts
  • Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar field
  • Expertise in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
