Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional maintenance services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance facility, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance services
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in maintenance management, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Strong understanding of maintenance regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g. CPEng, CEngT, CEngA)
