Industrial Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a fixed plant maintenance crew and ensuring that maintenance activities are safely executed in line with schedules, plans, and specified standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Allocating labor and equipment to meet daily work schedules
- SUPPORTING recovery plans when schedules shift
- Providing training, guidance, and technical support to team members
- Contributing to maintenance planning strategies and improvement

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating tasks in heavy industrial or mining environments, leading with empathy, inclusion, and clear communication, supporting team development through mentoring and collaboration, and applying practical planning skills using digital tools such as SAP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency
- Relevant trade qualification
- Experience in a heavy industry environment, minimum of 2-4 years
- Previous experience in fixed plant equipment maintenance activities
