Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including adults and children, to support their communication needs.

You will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for clients with literacy, speech and language disorders, social skills, mealtime management, and AAC assessment and prescriptions. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide holistic therapy.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Assess and address client communication needs
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care

Our 12-month Graduate PLUS program includes:

  • Intensive induction training with experienced Speech Pathologists
  • A reduced caseload for the first 3 months to allow for settling into the role
  • Ongoing clinical supervision and mentoring from experienced Speech Pathologists
  • Quarterly professional development opportunities
  • Access to our online learning and training library
