We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead our high-performing design team in delivering design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Energex subdivisions and associated requirements.

The Job Description:

Our client is a reputable engineering consultancy looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage multiple, varied, and interesting projects. This role involves managing the client consultation process across new and existing projects, building rapport, and maintaining the company's good standing in the industry.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing design team to deliver design projects that meet Energex requirements while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and design quality.
  • Develop strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver high-quality designs that align with Energex standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and address design challenges proactively.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Energex design, with a solid understanding of Energex subdivisions and associated requirements. They should be proficient in reading and interpreting Energex works plans and related documentation. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
