Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to help drive financial health and growth within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, monitor, and manage the organisation's annual budget to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Prepare financial forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation, ensuring the organisation's financial health and sustainability.
- Analyse operational costs to identify areas for financial efficiency and savings, implementing cost-saving measures to enhance the organisation's financial performance.
- Track financial performance against the budget and provide explanations for any variances, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and present financial reports for management and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with not-for-profit financial regulations and donor reporting requirements, maintaining the organisation's reputation and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- CPA or CA qualified, with experience in financial analysis or management accounting.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
- Proficiency with financial software, including spreadsheets and accounting systems.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and conservation, with a commitment to the organisation's mission and values.
