A reputable **consulting firm** has engaged Aspect Personnel to find them a Senior Town Planner on a permanent basis.

This **consultancy** offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to contribute to a diverse range of **residential**, **commercial**, and **industrial developments**.

Reporting to an industry leader with over 20 years of experience, supported by 3 other Planning Directors, this role will expose you to some of the most high-profile **projects** in the industry.

**What We're Seeking:**

  • A qualified Town Planner with a minimum of 5 years experience in Victoria, ensuring familiarity with the Victorian Planning Provisions and efficient process navigation.
  • Demonstration of successfully managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with critical and creative thinking abilities.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a dedication to achieving quality outcomes.
  • Some with a calm head under pressure.

**Remuneration**: Will be commensurate with experience and alignment with the selection criteria, but you can expect a salary of $115,000 to $135,000 + super + a competitive yearly bonus up to 15%.
