Scooter Rider Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scooter Rider to join our team. As a key member of our delivery staff, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer receives their order with a smile. This involves navigating through busy streets and tight traffic conditions while maintaining the highest level of safety and security.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering pizzas and other products to customers.
  • Providing quality customer service at the door.
  • Dealing with customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring personal protective equipment is worn correctly at all times.
  • Riding safely at all times.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you may also be required to assist with customer service in-store, assist with food preparation, and perform general cleaning duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
