Job Description\

As a Senior Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your primary responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This includes acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing notifications, incidents, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities also include recruiting, training, and supporting educators to uphold service quality and compliance, conducting regular home visits, risk assessments, and monitoring to ensure safe and educationally rich environments. You will also maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and relevant regulations
