Behaviour Support Role Overview

We seek a Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide support to individuals with disabilities in an innovative environment.

  • Collaborate with clients and their teams to understand goals, wants, and needs.
  • Develop behaviour support plans, providing training and coaching to clients and their networks.
  • Evaluate client progress through assessments, observations, and interviews.
About You
  • You hold tertiary qualifications in psychology, ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counselling, criminology, disability, education, mental health, music therapy, psychotherapy, special education, social work, or related fields.
  • You value mutual respect, empathy, and collaboration.
  • You possess a valid driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, ABN, professional indemnity, and public liability insurance.
