
Disability Support Specialist

We seek a Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide support to individuals with disabilities in an innovative environment.
- Collaborate with clients and their teams to understand goals, wants, and needs.
- Develop behaviour support plans, providing training and coaching to clients and their networks.
- Evaluate client progress through assessments, observations, and interviews.
- You hold tertiary qualifications in psychology, ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counselling, criminology, disability, education, mental health, music therapy, psychotherapy, special education, social work, or related fields.
- You value mutual respect, empathy, and collaboration.
- You possess a valid driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, ABN, professional indemnity, and public liability insurance.
