- Ensure timely and efficient handovers of release management responsibilities to domain teams.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Proven track record in Release Management with experience in ITIL practices, methodologies, and implementation strategies.
- Leadership experience in influencing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of various ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation delivery, and facilitation skills.
- ITIL Certification - V3 foundation certification (mandatory).
