Release and Incident Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Release and Incident Management expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless software releases and prompt incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Release Planning: Collaborate with development teams and product managers to plan and schedule software releases, considering dependencies and risks.
  • Coordinate and Orchestrate the Release Process: Ensure that all necessary tasks are completed, and software releases are deployed to various environments (e.g., development, staging, production).
  • Oversee and Facilitate Testing: Manage the testing of software releases to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Monitor Performance and Stability: Continuously monitor the performance and stability of released software.
Requirements:
  • Experience with release management in complex multi-instance environments.
  • Understanding of software solutions in regulated industries.
  • Agile software experience and frequent release environments.
  • Incident management expertise.
  • A bias towards action, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to drive solutions to complex challenges.
