Key Role in Clinical Systems Development
About the PositionThis role is pivotal to our organisation, responsible for developing and maintaining electronic documentation and reporting systems across multiple departments.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager Clinical Governance and collaborate closely with teams to drive quality improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Design, implement and deliver timely clinical and service reports to leaders and governance bodies.
- Develop clear and concise reports presenting data from multiple systems for analysis by the quality team.
- Monitor key performance indicators and quality metrics across programs.
- Provide end-user support with system and data accessibility issues.
- Ensure data integrity and respond promptly to emerging issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Experience in back-end electronic documentation system development and maintenance.
- Strong computerised workflow and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-developed communication skills and report preparation experience.
- High-level stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach.
This position plays a crucial role in driving organisational success through effective clinical systems management.
