Graduate Debt Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Managing Directors and working alongside analysts and associates on various mid-market transactions including special situations, corporate debt, acquisition finance and structured finance. Key responsibilities include compiling financial models and credit papers, developing pitch materials and supporting deal execution, assisting in the preparation of origination materials and market research.

Key skills and qualifications required include a Commerce or related degree, passion for investment banking and analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems and learn advanced financial modelling techniques, and interest in large institutional debt and M&A transactions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of deal structuring through end-to-end transaction involvement, build strong client relationships through consistent interaction on live mandates, and contribute to deal origination and execution.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
